We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that personalized orders are deemed final sale, and regrettably, they are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to our RETURNS PORTAL
  2. Enter your email address and order number to sign in. 
  3. Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions. Submit your return request.
  4. The processing time for return requests is 1-2 business days from the date the request is submitted. Once your request is approved, you will get email updates with shipping guidelines. 

Return Shipping Cost

The return shipping cost is CA$15 for all orders (Canadian, US, and international) when utilizing the provided return shipping label. If customers prefer their own shipping method, costs will depend on the chosen company. For Canadian orders, there's an option to return with non-trackable oversize Lettermail, incurring a postage fee of $1.94.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Free Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the size may not be perfect. If you need to exchange your jewelry for a different size, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
