2.    Custom and personalized orders

*Custom Sizing: If you require a specific size that is not listed, such as a personalized bracelet length, we offer custom sizing for some of our products. Contact us at to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3.    Sizing Details

·     Rings: Use an online ring size chart to find your size. Keep in mind that fingers on the dominant hand are usually slightly larger, so it's best to measure the specific finger you plan to wear the ring on.

·     Bracelets: Measure your wrist using a flexible measuring tape. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone and record the measurement. Add approximately 0.5 inches for a comfortable fit, and that will be your bracelet size.

·     Necklaces: The ideal necklace length for you depends on personal preference and style. We offer necklaces in different lengths. To find the perfect fit, you can use a string to measure how you'd like the necklace to sit on your neck and then measure the string's length.

4.    Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not in the production process or has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund according to our cancellation policy.

5.    Can I track my order?

·     US and International Orders

Yes, you can track all US and international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

·     Canadian Orders with Free Shipping

For Canadian orders that qualify for free shipping, please note that tracking is not automatically included. However, you have the option to purchase trackable shipping during checkout if you wish to track your order.
