We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that personalized orders and earrings are deemed final sale, and regrettably, they are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
How to Initiate a Return

- Enter your email address and order number to sign in.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions. Submit your return request.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email updates with shipping guidelines.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes the size may not be perfect. If you need to exchange your jewelry for a different size, we offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
